Yeah, it’s three days into the new year. Since I’m home with a sore throat, and everyone on LJ is doing it, here I go!
1. What did you do in 2005 that you’d never done before?
I’m really not comfortable sharing that with the rest of the class
2. Did you keep your new years’ resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I usually just set goals, and I set them at my birthday. I missed the mark on last year’s for a few reasons. However, I have lots of goals for me by my next birthday, and hecks yeah, I am keeping them!!
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Who hasn’t? Angie, Steph, Heather, Sylvia…please tell me this isn’t contagious!
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Not that i recall. Whew.
5. What countries did you visit?
I stayed in the US of A. I visited new states, though…does that count??
6. What would you like to have in 2006 that you lacked in 2005?
All my ducks in a row.
7. What date(s) from 2005 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Sadly I don’t remember the date, but rushing G to the ER stands out. October 22/23, and November 3…because those three really impacted some of my relationships.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Making it through the year? I really didn’t achieve much, unless you count winning the Movieoke Idol contest?
9. What was your biggest failure?
Letting down someone I care about.
10. Did you suffer any illness or injury?
The flu twice, bronchitis, some unexplained severe stomach pain that had me in the ER, passing out and getting a mild concussion…you know, the usual…
11. What was the best thing you bought?
My Bride of Frankenstein Dress

Everyone who has taken the time out to do something kind for someone else.

The usual suspects, and me
14. Where did most of your money go?
Bills, paying off debt…

Getting back into theatre, meeting my friends of the Fab Five, my Bride of Frankenstein Dress…

Yes, if G counts, since I fall for him a little more all the time. And, I did meet a couple of people, that while I’m not in love with them, I do love them now.

I try not to waste the energy on that level of negativity.

My kitchen and bathroom remodeled…which will have to happen this year.

I turned 25. We had a big party, and I drank too much. Did I mention I’m only 25? Because I totally am. Only 25, I mean…
30. What one thing made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
The Fab Five
31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2005?
The same as it is every year. Clothes that fit and flatter in a wide array of styles, and staying away from anything hideous.
32. What kept you sane?
Ummm…since I wasn’t sane, then I guess nothing.
33. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
I don’t know. There are a lot of people doing some amazing things, I can’t really put just one above the others. Though, I did fall for Tilda Swinton…Seeing her in Constantine started it, and seeing her in Narnia finished it
34. What political issue stirred you the most?
Bush, and all the crap he is trying to get away with…the mayoral election of 2005.
35. Who did you miss?
My close friends, Leanna and LaLa who moved away. My family, especially my niece and nephews. My G whenever we are apart.
36. Who was the best new person you met?
It’s a tie…Ben and Chris

Think about how your actions will effect others, and know when to say when.
